With all that is happening with CoVid 19, it is a good time to be inside,
sewing and quilting. Its a good time to catch up on some piecing.
Although I am saying that, I have not had time to piece myself. I hope
that you are able to be at home and work on some unfinished projects.
Here are some of the quilts that I worked on recently.
Lesley made this quilt from fabric that she bought in Australia. Lots of
koala, kangaroos and platyapus on the fabric.
Leaves and swirls were quilted all over the top, using a light grey
polyester thread.
I love the back of quilts too. There is so much texture that shows up.
Vines were stitched all over the quilt top.
Anne made this quilt. I love the bright and cheerful colors. They cheer me up amidst
all the grey clouds we have been having lately.
The backing of the quilt is a nice bright solid yellow color. I love the simplicity
of the flowers. I used a light yellow Omni polyester thread.
This is Anne’s quilt as well. She has been one busy lady.Swirls were
quilted all over the quilt top. I used a light cream polyester thread for
the top and the backing.
The backing of the quilt.
Crystal made this lovely quilt. I love the colors and the the underwater theme of
this quilt.
Happy Times is the name of the quilting pattern stitched all over this quilt top.
I used a light blue polyester thread for the top and the backing.
Have a good week and stay safe.
